Coordinated Entry Framework
Coordinated Entry is a key strategy and requirement of the HEARTH Act. HUD’s primary goals for coordinated entry processes are that assistance be allocated as effectively as possible and that it be easily accessible no matter where or how people present and HUD has published significant guidance to help regions comply. The overarching goal of Coordinated Entry Systems (CES) is to connect the work of community agencies in order to provide more effective services and achieve better outcomes. and many communities focus on ensuring that the most vulnerable people are prioritized for housing, despite significant barriers.
Effective coordinated entry relies on sharing information and understanding a client's experience over time in order to respond effectively. Simtech Solutions offers a technical framework, rather than a single solution, to support communities builidng CE systems.
